Dominic is indeed a hobbit...without the height, of course.
And LOTR Trilogy is way overrated.
Does that mean you finaly read TLOTR, or are you still recovering from the brain death brought about by reading Robert Jordon?
It means that the movies are way overrated.
Um, in what way are they overrated? I think they are just the right level of rated.
They are too long for one thing.
If you are looking at your watch, wondering when this damn movie going to be over...then something working right.
I didn't say they were bad...but they do drag in places...and that ain't a good thing.

"Too Long" indeed.
They are as long as they need to be to tell the story. Some purists might complain that they are too short since some things get left out.
If you look at your watch during a movie then it was too boring, not too long. But then a boring movie is always too long no matter what the length. However, I don't recall looking at my watch during any of them.
bloody right - left each LOTR movie the way I left Braveheart - suprised that 3 hours had passed 'cause they went by quick!
